Reservation Process of Romos Travel Services

What is the booking/confirmation process?

After completing your tour, Romos Travel will request deposit payments from you. Secure your transaction with ease through credit card payment via an SSL-secured link integrated by ISBANK, a trusted Turkish bank. We accept MasterCard and Visa for your convenience. Alternatively, you may choose to make payments via a bank deposit to Romos Travel’s formal account.

Your dedicated tour operator will provide comprehensive information during the reservation process. Once the deposit payment is made, the invoice will be sent the following day, pending approval from our finance team.

Upon approval of the deposit, we will request additional details such as your international flight arrival and departure information, passport copies for domestic flight tickets, and expedited hotel check-in. We streamline your check-in process by sending your passport details to hotels for a fast-track experience, eliminating the need to wait at the reception.

Once we receive the necessary details from your end, our tour operator will send your tour confirmation within 5 business days. This confirmation will include your domestic flight tickets, meet-and-greet details, and the contact number for your dedicated tour assistant, available to assist you 24/7.


Q: Will I get any invoices after the deposit payment?

Yes, the tour operator will send your invoice the next day after the deposit is paid by your side. The finance team of Romos Travel needs to get approval from the bank, which takes ‘1 business day’.
